California Youth Think Tank

“One of the most effective programs of its kind in the nation.”

Held on the campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, the California Youth Think Tank is a nationally recognized youth leadership training program that brings together students from diverse backgrounds and communities and prepares them for success in college and beyond.  CYTT is the winner of a distinguished State Dept. Award of Excellence in Youth Development.  Students from over 250 schools have participated in this ‘life-changing’ educational experience.

CYTT College Residence Program (Grades 9-12)

Students live in a college dorm on the USC campus in Los Angeles during their training.  They attend daily classes and participate in a variety of challenging activities, events and special projects with other dynamic youth leaders to develop leadership, character, and critical knowledge, skills and competencies needed for success in college and beyond.

CYTT Day Camp (Grades 7-8)

Students attend daily classes on the USC campus and participate in a variety of exciting and challenging activities, events, and special projects to develop the leadership, knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for success in high school and beyond.
